STL is our preferred format because it preserves scale and geometry across slicers, but we can also review 3MF files if needed. At the moment we run several desktop FDM machines that comfortably handle most hobby and household parts. If your project is larger than a typical tabletop item, email us the file and we will check fit across our build plates. Oversized designs can often be split and keyed so they assemble cleanly after printing. We will advise on the best approach, projected seam locations, and any extra cost before you approve the job.

Most projects ship in high-quality PLA because it prints cleanly and suits décor or prototypes. When you need extra durability or outdoor resistance, we recommend PETG; for flexible parts such as gaskets or phone stands, we suggest TPU. We stock a rotating palette of common colors—black, white, gray, primary hues, and a handful of specialty silks—so include your preference in the email. If we do not have the exact shade, we can usually order it quickly.

Turnaround depends on model size, material, and current queue. After your free review we will quote an estimated print and post-processing window. Small parts often leave the printer within a few business days, while large multi-day builds or flexible TPU jobs can take longer due to slower speeds. We keep you informed with progress updates and a short timelapse video of the print. If you have a firm deadline, mention it and we will check rush options.

Several elements drive cost: the volume of plastic required, overall print time, chosen material, desired infill or strength, and any post-processing such as sanding or hardware insertion. Complex geometries with heavy support structures consume extra filament and labor, while multiple identical parts may earn bulk savings. Once we analyze your file we slice it in our software, calculate material weight and hours, and email you a clear line-item estimate. No surprises—work starts only after you approve the quote.

Most local clients arrange a convenient meetup in the Palm Bay area to save time and shipping costs. If you are farther away, we can package and ship your prints via your preferred carrier; postage and protective materials are added at cost and detailed in the quote. Every part is inspected before it leaves our studio. Tracking numbers are supplied the moment parcels are booked so you can follow their journey.

We are happy to suggest minor adjustments that improve printability, such as adding chamfers, strengthening thin walls, or slicing the model for optimal orientation. Simple fixes are included in our service when you proceed with the order. Extensive redesigns, artistic changes, or CAD work beyond basic tweaks fall outside our scope, but we can recommend trusted designers if your file needs a deeper overhaul. You always receive the final revised STL for approval before we hit print.

You retain full intellectual property rights to any file you provide. We treat all models as confidential and store them securely for the duration of the project. After delivery, we keep files only long enough to confirm you are satisfied; then we purge them in 60 days. We obey all Federal, State, and Local laws regarding what we may legally print. We reserve the right to decline to print any unsafe or illegal project. By sending a file, you confirm you have the legal right to print it.

PLA prints enjoy indoor use away from prolonged heat sources; a quick wipe with mild soap keeps them clean. PETG tolerates warmer environments and light outdoor exposure, but avoid direct UV for extended periods to preserve color. Flexible TPU parts benefit from occasional dusting and should not be overstretched. Never place any FDM print in a dishwasher or microwave.
